LB Talent is a Spotlight registered agency, dealing a number of casting briefs in 
commercial, film, television and theatre on a daily basis.

Who We Are . . . 

LB Talent is an in-house talent agency for students of 
LB Academy only. Students are invited to audition once the academy feels they are ready to attend industry castings. Students undergo an audition before they are offered representation with the agency.

Our artists are constantly training towards the fast moving industry they wish to become part of. We regularly bring industry professionals in to work with the students of LB Academy. From Casting Directors to Actors, our students learn a lot from our guest visitors who are actively working in the entertainment industry.

We are dedicated to working closely with our talent and we are proud to be 'making today’s students, tomorrow’s future'. We believe that every one of our agency artists have what it takes to become successful but it is our job to guide them in the right direction towards making all the best choices when it comes to becoming a professional.
